I have only just started using Home Maid for Keyholding, but my experience with them so far has been extremely positive. What has been obvious from the get-go is their complete professionalism. From my initial contact with them, answering my questions (of which there were many!), to signing contracts, handing over keys through to my first inspection report. This is definitely a company that takes their role as Keyholders very seriously, which is a refreshing change from previous experiences I have had with other businesses. From my experience so far, I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone needing a keyholder. I should just add that although they are very professional, they are still very friendly and easy to deal with.

Excellent service! We regularly rent our apartment out through Airbnb HomeMaid manage the checkins and turnaround cleans. We always receive excellent feedback from our guests, which in turn helps us get more bookings.

When the property is empty, they inspect it to make sure there are no problems and send us an inspection report each time. Nothing is too much trouble for these girls. Highly recommend them.

Money Savers!

I didn’t think I needed a Keyholder, but I am so glad that I decided to appoint Sarah and Jo to look after my villa.

They keep me fully updated - I receive regualr inspection reports detailing everything that’s been checked and if anything needs attention. I also get meter readings which proved to be a life-saver (or at least a money saver!), as this showed that my water consumption shot up one month – turned out my pool was leaking. Had I waited until my next bill which usually comes every 3 months, I would have had a massive bill! They then organized everything for me to get it all sorted.

Highly recommended.

I visited Murcia to see friends recently and stayed in an apartment managed by HOME MAID. The property was spotlessly clean and everything I needed was there, there was even a bottle of really nice wine and a welcome card when I arrived.

HOME MAID made it clear that they were on hand if I needed anything. They recommended a couple of local restaurants, one of which I tried and went back again for more.

Hoping to get back soon and I will stay in the same apartment. I know it will be 5 star and I will receive a great welcome.
