1.  Acceptance of Terms​

   1. By way of this contract of indefinite duration, henceforth “Us”, “We”, “The Company”, shall provide the Customer with the Service.

   2. Your access to and use of our website and all subdomains of, ("the Website") are subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

   3. You agree not to use the Website and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

   4. By using the Website and/or Services you are fully accepting the Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website and/or Services.

   5. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website and/or Services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.

   6. We may update the Website from time to time, and may change the content at any time.

1.  Services

1. We offer a business listing/directory service and other ancillary services.
   

   We deem all content supplied by membes of the platform to be their own work and/or copyright free. Trusted Murcia will not be held responsible or liable for any such claim arising to the contrary.

   Subscriptions services (payment plans). -  Businesses which apply for Trusted Staus and are subsequently approved must sign up to one of our plans within 4-weeks of approval otherwise their approval maybe withdrawn, and an admin charge applied.
   

   No refunds are given for cancellation during the 12 month subscrition period.
   

   ​All Price Plans are for 12 months subscription and are auto-renewed until cancelled. Plans with a monthly payment schedule must be paid in full upon cancellation.

   
   

2.  Access to the Website

1. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content contained on the Website will always be available or be uninterrupted.

2. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website.

3. Your access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis only.

4. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website without notice to you.

5. We will not be liable to you for any reason if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

6. We may offer packages in co-ordination with third party providers. Changes to the third-party provider’s rules and policies may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.

The Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website and the Services) are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights and laws. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. None of the content contained on the Website maybe downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. To the extent permitted by law, We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website/Services.

Whilst We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information it provides is accurate, We make no warranty that the Website/Services will meet your requirements, that the Content will be accurate or reliable, that the functionality of the Website/Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website/Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else that may be harmful or destructive.

   Although every effort is made to ensure businesses and service providers that apply for Trusted Status are legitimate, reputable and have appropriate qualifications, we cannot be held responsible for any work carried out or goods supplied nor do we control or are held responsible for prices of such services, products and goods, availability, competency, suitability of tradespeople, companies and suppliers listed on or linking to TrustedMurcia.com.
